Yes, she had another miscarriage. It's not her fault and not his... both are really broken up that this has been the second try without any good result. To me, it's the fates saying: "Hey, chill kids! You still have to finish school and get started in a career before you do the parent thing!"
But, I have to admit, I'm disappointed.
