pyroguysr's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'M IN THE INDY!! The local weekly news rag had an ad in the past two issues that said "Tell us about your summer fling in 500 words or less!" So I took them up on it. I wrote about what happened to me on my 22nd birthday, calling it "The Summer of '77" even though it was actually the summer of '76... the following year just sounds better. Anyway, I'm published in ""The INDEPENDENT WEEKLY"" with no by-line, but I entered and they printed it as an introduction to their summer calendar issue. It's the equivelent of the CITY PAPER or the READER, for those interested. If you just go to www.INDYWEEK.com, click on "WITH A LITTLE SEX ON THE SIDE" and my story is the fourth one. I'm Jazzed. I've submitted 5 stories so far and I've had 1 published, 2 rejected and no word on the other two. The 2 rejected went to a magazine called "Bad Fiction."
